Freedom Angels Animal Rescue is now two charities focussing separately on Cyprus and Romania.
CYPRUS
The Trustees of Freedom Angels Animal Rescue that oversee our Cyprus operation, together with our entire Cyprus rehoming team and volunteers, are delighted to announce that we will be merging with Dog Rescue Cyprus (DRC), to unify our rescue work for the abandoned, abused and neglected dogs and cats in Cyprus.
This has been a natural progression from our shared mission and vision and the partnership work that has been in place over recent months. Together we will continue the amazing work undertaken by both charities to support pounds, shelters and lone rescuers of Cyprus. This amalgamation unifies the two charities to create Stronger Together Animal Rescue – STAR |
ROMANIA
The Trustees of Freedom Angels Animal Rescue that oversee our Romanian operation, together with our entire Romanian rehoming team and volunteers remain under the original charity registration having re-named Freedom Angels Romania.
Together we will continue to support the amazing work of our Romanian lone rescuers and to raise funds for Spayathons to neuter as many of the abandoned dogs as possible. |
